If your plant shows signs of serious decline within 7 days of purchase:
You must:
- Notify us within 7 days
- Provide clear photos and/or video
- Confirm care conditions (watering, sunlight, soil type)
If plant failure is determined to be unrelated to neglect, extreme environmental conditions, or transplant shock, we may offer:
- Replacement plant (same size category), OR
- Store credit
Final decision is made after review.
14-Day Tree Guarantee (Fruit Trees)
Fruit trees qualify for a 14-day limited health guarantee.
Conditions:
- Proper planting instructions must have been followed
- No signs of overwatering, drought stress, or physical damage
- Clear photo/video documentation provided
If approved, replacement or partial credit may be offered.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from overwatering or underwatering
- Improper soil use
- Pest infestation after delivery
- Extreme weather conditions
- Physical damage
- Neglect
