By using the ParaLife Trees website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ParaLife Trees offers plants, garden bundles, consultations, and membership services in Jamaica. We operate primarily through delivery; physical store availability may vary.

Consultations are booked via WhatsApp or our contact form. Payment terms for consultations will be communicated at the time of booking.

Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as specified at checkout (e.g., bank transfer, mobile money).

We will confirm your order and provide delivery details once payment is received or arrangements are made.

Delivery is available within our service area (Jamaica). Delivery times and fees depend on location and will be communicated before confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Our Plant Care Guarantee applies as described on our Guarantee page. It covers plants that fail to thrive under proper care within the specified period.

The guarantee does not cover neglect, improper care, or damage after delivery.

ParaLife Trees is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
