Care Tips

  • Sunlight: Full sun (6+ hours). Lemons need bright light for good production.
  • Watering: Regular watering. Allow soil to dry slightly between waterings. Consistent moisture during fruiting.
  • Soil: Well-draining, slightly acidic (pH 6.0–6.5). Add compost. Good drainage essential.
  • Fertilizing: Citrus fertilizer 3–4 times yearly. Lemons are heavy feeders. Include micronutrients.
  • Pruning: Light shaping. Remove dead branches. Lemons can be pruned more heavily than other citrus if needed.
